In the Velo Mallorca training program we understand that training is not only for professionals, but for all those who love cycling who want to enjoy their hobby and want to maximize the time they have to train.

Whenever we carry out a biomechanical study, one of the first questions that arise is whether you have a short-medium or long-term cycling goal. Which generates that many of our cycling clients ask us for information about professional advice and follow-up on how to improve physical performance.

Our personal trainer specialized in cycling will monitor your performance that will allow us to control and readjust the training loads to work on what you really need and improve your physical abilities on the bike.   3. Assessment and test to determine training zones by power and heart rate that we will use to plan weekly training and work.
